I don’t know this neighbor who does not have a garage, but does have a Ferrari.
I kind of wish I did.

Tints and sun shades can help with the interior, but the paint and rubber trim won’t like the elements...his unit doesn’t have a garage at all?

No garage. It’s a smallish ‘50 s- vintage house squeezed between the lake and a narrow street (which means it’s probably worth $2m) , with some space to street park a Ferrari, an X6 M, and a plug-in Fiat 500. The owner seems like an interesting guy.
